Absences

Please telephone the school if your child is going to be absent from school.
Calls should be made by parents or a designated caregiver to 04 939-1970 or text 021 02824544.
A text or email to the classroom teacher is advisable.
Unexplained absences will be followed up with telephone call to home or work.
The truancy officer may be sent to the student’s home.
Parent-condoned absences can lead to prosecution.
